Welcome Pilots
to EAA Sweden’s annual Airshow
AFTER LANDING
Follow directions given on freq 123.15, and from marshals in yellow vests.
You will then be directed by yellow vest marshals to your parking spot.
FUEL
You are strongly advised to refuel directly after arrival. Expect extensive fuel
ques Sunday afternoon.
Immediately after landing roll out, regardless of run-
way in use, vacate to the east side of the rwy and taxi to the fuel station as
directed by yellow vest marshals.
There will be two fuel queues to the refueling station. While one aircraft is
refueling the previous refueled airplane will pay, Mastercard or Visa only.
After refueling will you taxi your airplane and hold short of the runway 30
threshold, until a yellow vest marshals will allow you to cross the runway
onto the parking area. You will then be directed by yellow vest marshals
to your parking spot.
PARKING
Aircraft will initially be parked in the southern part of the airfield.
Follow directions given by yellow vest marshals.
DISPLAY AIRCRAFT
Aircraft assigned by the Display Director to participate in the air-show will
be parked behind the public line, north of the speaker tower.
SAFETY
Engine startup is forbidden without the permission of a yellow vest marshal.
During public hours Saturday and Sunday, taxiing is only permitted under
the supervision of yellow vest marshals. Pay close attention to your proximity
while the engine is running, the yellow vest marshals will assist in clearing
the path, but it is YOU, as pilot in command, who have the final responsibility.
BRIEFING
Maps, AIP, internet connection, etc., are available near the standard yellow
sign with a black C.
DEPARTURE
Engine startup after ok from yellow vest marshals.
Follow yellow vest marshals directions and taxi to holding point.
CAMPING
Camping is encouraged and allowed next to your aircraft.
Sanitary facilities are available at the west side of the airfield.
